Stephen graduated from Oklahoma State University (Oklahoma City) in 1996 with an Associate's Degree in Horticulture, and OSU (Stillwater, OK) in 2002 with a Bachelor's Degree in Horticulture. While horticulture was his livelihood, Stephen's passions have always been art and writing, and he spent much of the 1970’s and 80’s doing shows and traveling.

He now embraces these artistic dreams full-time as a garment designer, poet, writer, artist and illustrator.
